DESCRIPTION:NRA Basic Pistol Instructor-Led Training\n8 hours\nClasses start at 8:00 AM\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\nIntroduction to safe gun handling and shooting safety.\nOpportunity to learn hands-on about various types of handguns and proper operation.\nIntroduction to various types of ammunition and their uses.\nOpportunity to fire various types of pistols and learn advantages and disadvantages of each.\nWe discuss proper stance and the physical fundamentals of shooting.\n\nThis class is a prerequisite for our NRA Personal Protection in the Home and NRA Personal Protection Outside of the Home courses. \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Safety is our number one concern.\n(and it should be yours\, as well)\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				  \nIf you don’t have an appropriate firearm\, we have guns and ammo available. If you are thinking about purchasing a gun\, we are happy to assist you in selecting the best type for you. \nAll training and shooting is held on private property\, away from distractions. Firearms\, ammo\, and personal protective equipment can be provided for students who don't have their own. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Please Note:\n\nNo firearms experience required. Beginners are welcome.\nNo children\, pets\, or guests of any kind are allowed during class. Students only.\nLaws are strict and complicated as to who may legally handle firearms.
